consist of colored inks and an adhesive layer,
both printed congruent on either silicon coated paper or clear polyester.
Any plotting, die, computer or laser cutting is eliminated. So the
cost are
extremely low.
The
non-vinyl
Rub-on
tranz-fer
is easily rubbed
onto nearly any surface,
primarily on
window glass,
where it
does
not block
the vision,
but also on paper, plastics and textiles, depending on
type of adhesive
chosen: easy removable, high temperature tolerant or strong permanent.
Larger formats are
delivered in
single rolls,
small formats
in packs of 10
or 25 items.
The
non-vinyl
Rub-on
tranz-fer
shown here have been applied on extremely hot
windshields in the Phoenix, Arizona, area,
did not fade, crack,
bubble or bake-in, and were removed
with a razor-blade scraper
very easy, even
easier after months.

Both types of liner, the white
paper and the clear 3mil polyester liner, are
extremely dimensional stable and
stay flat. Print formats of
up to 60" x 120" already have been proven in
exact register
and under hot and humid climate conditions. The cost for both types of
liner are $0.10 to $0.12
per square foot at a minimum order volume of 50,000 square feet, delivered in rolls of up to 65
inches width.
The

is about
95% more earth friendly
than vinyl
as it does
eliminate toxic,
even deadly
dioxin
resulting from vinyl
at disposal.
